Yard Sale

Greater Yarmouth Community Yard Sale

Join the Yarmouth Lions Club at their first-ever community-wide yard sale on Saturday and Sunday, August 15th and 16th, located at the AMVETS Post on North Road.

New and gently used items donated from generous neighbors will be sold in both indoor and outdoor areas, and 100% of all proceeds will help support local nonprofit and community service organizations.

Have Fun and Be Safe
The Yarmouth Lions Club is planning for a fun experience for all, and will aim to comply with relevant State and Town safety regulations for the COVID-19 virus. We will do our best to avoid congestion within indoor and outdoor areas and will be limiting the number of shoppers at a time within the AMVETS building. Social distancing markers will be posted, and hand sanitizer is available. Face masks will be required within all yard sale areas.

Feeling Thirsty?
Look for the 100% all-natural Lemon Lucy Slush drink under the blue tent. As with all items sold at the Yard Sale, all proceeds from the sale of this freshly squeezed slush will go to fund local service organization and community projects.

Have Items to Donate? Thanks for Helping!

UPDATE: We have received over 7 garage-fulls and a small warehouse full of donations! Cut off for donations is 8/14/20 at 5pm.

What can be donated?
The Yarmouth Lions will accept most items in good condition. If items come in a set, please be sure to include the complete set. All appliances and electronics donated must be in working condition. The Lions will not be taking books or clothing for donations, but you can donate these items at the Yarmouth Transfer Station. The Lions will not be able to accept large bulky appliances (like washers/dryers) or furniture (like a piano), but medium and small appliances and furniture will be accepted.
